The tec5USA Micro Transmission Probe is designed for precise, real-time analysis in demanding industrial process environments. With a compact, yet robust design, this probe ensures accurate optical measurements across a wide range of wavelengths, making it ideal for applications in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and biotechnology.
A key aspect of process spectroscopy is finding the right optical interface to measure your product at the desired point in the production line. tec5USA designed this micro transmission probe specifically to meet the optical needs of our customers’ products beyond ATR or traditional, larger pathlengths. We have found many products at the in-process measurement location that saturate a detector at 1 mm and have low signal intensity using ATR. This probe is ideal when measuring concentrates and syrups before downstream dilution as well as unique chemical parameters across a wide range of concentrations.
