Meet Our Leadership Team

Dr. Monde Qhobosheane was born to South African parents and raised in Syracuse, New York. His academic journey began at Blue Mountain Academy in Hamburg, PA, followed by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Qhobosheane then pursued a Ph.D. in Bio-Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida, where he pioneered biochemical modification of nanoparticles with enzymes and DNA to explore biological processes.

Dr. Qhobosheane’s professional career started as Operational Director at Life Sciences Inc. (LSI), where he managed the development of test kits for HIV and SARS, leveraging a proprietary enzyme-based “cocktail.” Driven by his passion for sales, he transitioned to Ocean Optics Inc. (now Ocean Insight). There, he quickly advanced, establishing a new global business unit in Science Education and leading the Chemical Sensors unit, with a strong focus on Life Sciences, IVD, and diagnostics. While at Ocean Insight, he completed executive leadership training at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School.

After his tenure at Ocean Insight, Dr. Qhobosheane took on the role of Sales Director for the Americas at Spectro, Inc. Through creating a Channel Network Partnership with Emerson Process, he helped pivot the company’s focus from government contracts to commercial and industrial markets, specifically addressing Power Generation, Water & Wastewater (WW), Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Automotive, and Chemicals industries. This experience further honed his understanding of how analytical instrumentation plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiencies within these industries, particularly in utilities.

Following his success, Dr. Qhobosheane joined Spectro Analytical Instruments (a subsidiary of Ametek) to lead its North American subsidiary. Here, he refined his approach to sustained growth, coining the phrase “keeping our customers’ business in business.”

In 2018, Dr. Qhobosheane became President and CEO of Analytik Jena US LLC, the North American entity of a German company specializing in Life Science, Liquid Handling/Automation, and Chemical Analysis products, including UV/Vis spectrophotometers, Mass-Spec, XRF, ICP, and high-throughput liquid handling robotics. During his tenure, he realigned business units, grew market share, and developed a successful sales strategy for the Life Sciences and diagnostics sectors. Under his leadership, Analytik Jena US saw significant revenue growth, key partnerships with industry giants, and a turnaround in financial performance.

In January 2024, Dr. Qhobosheane took on a new challenge as Director of Channel Partner Sales – Americas at DwyerOmega, a global leader in industrial and analytical instrumentation. In this role, Dr. Qhobosheane leads the commercial strategy for the Americas, focusing on the utilities market, particularly in HVAC, BAS, Hydronics, and other process-related sectors. By streamlining the channel partner network across 62 U.S. trade areas, 22 in Canada, and 32 in Latin America, he has implemented a targeted approach to market penetration and partner engagement.

Dr. Qhobosheane’s leadership has resulted in integrating multiple sales teams across acquired brands and forming a dedicated inside sales team that supports a network of partners. His strategic vision of “intimacy over saturation” has driven a substantial sales increase—from $32M in 2023 to a projected $39M for the current year. On track to achieve a $75M sales target by 2027, he continues to steer the organization towards greater market share and expansion, particularly within utilities, where analytical instrumentation plays a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.

Jude has been part of the tec5USA team since 2015 and has grown with the company. With about 20 years of spectroscopy experience, he leads the Application Science team applying the principles of spectroscopy to novel applications ranging from pharmaceutical and food to oil, gas and chemistry. He has experience with bringing together the right technology for interfacing with various demanding industrial applications for successful installations. Jude received his PhD from Boston University where he concentrated on applying various spectroscopic techniques to novel semiconducting materials.

Kalpesh has been with tec5USA for over 13 years’ and have an experience in optics, electronics and mechanical with prior experience in the computer and networking. He is responsible for all tec5USA product design and development and introducing new products in the market. Kalpesh has a master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ and has studied Engineering Physics focus on Electronics and Photonics.

Dileep has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector in the spectroscopy technology. At tec5USA, he is responsible for the manufacturing of OEM units and systems for different industries including semiconductor, environmental, pharmaceutical and others in process control. He manages the production planning for the manufacturing department. Dileep has a Master’s Degree from the New York Institute of Technology in Electrical engineering field.

Responsible for all aspects of finance at the company including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, treasury, and tax, Ben has over 20 years of wide-ranging, hands-on experience in both financial analysis and accounting. “I pride myself in building collaborative relationships with all of those I work alongside in order to achieve the synergies to push the department, and ultimately the business, forward.” Prior to joining tec5USA Ben gained 5+ years in public accounting and 10+ years working for a FTSE 250

company in the telecommunications industry. Ben is proudly a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Harry Forsyth is the Director of Sales (Eastern Region) at tec5USA Inc. 

Harry Forsyth brings over 25 years of expertise in analytical instrumentation and spectroscopy, supporting laboratory, process, and OEM applications across a wide range of industries. His technical strengths include UV-Vis, Raman, NIR, LIBS, and fluorescence spectroscopy, complemented by extensive capabilities in imaging, laboratory automation, liquid handling, and elemental analysis techniques such as ICP-MS, atomic absorption (AA), and ICP-OES. 

Throughout his career, Harry has delivered advanced analytical solutions to organizations in oil and gas, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech, materials science, environmental monitoring, agriculture, chemicals, healthcare and diagnostics, and forensic science. 

Combining deep technical knowledge with cross-industry perspective, he specializes in translating complex technologies into practical, high-performance solutions for demanding operational environments. 

Danielle Anzelone-Izzo leads the Corporate Marketing Department and Sales Development Team at tec5USA, blending performance-driven marketing communications with newsroom-honed storytelling for process spectroscopy and industrial technology. With nearly a decade of experience across industrial and media markets, she crafts clear narratives that connect complex solutions to customer challenges—and deliver measurable business results. 

Danielle drives integrated marketing and omnichannel thought leadership initiatives across email, webinars, blogging, public relations and media relations, SEO, PPC, and social media. She aligns campaign strategy with organizational goals and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning and sales enablement, while tracking performance and ROI to continually refine outcomes. 

Her background in broadcast reporting and multimedia production shapes a marketing style rooted in accuracy, clarity, and audience relevance. Before transitioning into marketing, she worked in fast-paced media environments producing daily televised programming, increasing engagement through demographic insights, and interviewing national and international figures. 

Danielle has also supported broader brand-building efforts, including cobranded strategies and unified brand direction in complex environments. She’s passionate about uncovering the story behind products, services, and brands—creating engaging, sales-driven, educational content from articles and presentations to videos, infographics, and web experiences—to expand reach and support sustainable growth. 

Kevin Halloran is the Director of Sales for Western North America at tec5USA, where he partners with customers to bring real-time, inline process measurement to the plant floor. He joined tec5USA in 2025 to expand the company’s footprint across the West Coast, bringing more than a decade of technical sales leadership in spectroscopy and laboratory instrumentation. Working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams, Kevin helps identify high-impact opportunities for process spectroscopy—enabling faster decisions, tighter process control, and more consistent product quality. 

With experience spanning ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, AA and TOC/TN technologies, Kevin has built his career around translating complex chemical analysis challenges into turnkey solutions that improve performance both in the lab and in production environments. Prior to tec5USA, he led West Coast sales operations at Analytik Jena, supporting multiple industries including academic research, environmental testing labs, metals and mining, oil and gas, semiconductor, and process-industry customers with fit-for-purpose analytical workflows. Earlier roles further strengthened his ability to connect technical detail with ROI-driven business cases as well as Channel Partner development and management. 

Based in San Diego County, California, Kevin now partners with customers across industries—including semiconductors, chemical processing, semiconductor, oil and gas, and food & beverage—to future-proof operations through inline, data-driven process control using tec5USA’s UV-Vis, NIR, and Raman platforms. A graduate of Colorado State University, he brings a practical, customer-first approach and a passion for mentoring the next generation of sales engineers while staying engaged with emerging industry trends.
