Description
Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR) bring significant value to process spectroscopy in many industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, food, and beverage applications. Its customizable UV enhanced sapphire crystal, with up to 7 bounces, allows the optimal absorbance intensity for your products with precise, highly reproducible measurements.
Bringing the right sampling interface into the process is crucial for successful implementation of a spectroscopic solution for control. At tec5USA, we design the best interface for the application, including those where a highly absorbing material requires the use of ATR-based technology.
This highly versatile design can be configured for harsh environments and covers the UV to NIR portions of the spectrum. The tec5USA ATR Flow Cell enables continuous, non-destructive measurements of liquids, pastes, and semi-solid products and meets ANSI 150 specifications. By connecting an online spectrometer system, this ATR Flow Cell provides real-time spectral data allowing in situ process control without the need for time-consuming sample preparation.
