Tungsten Halogen UV-Vis Lamps
Description
tec5USA offers a series of Tungsten Halogen lamps for use in analytical spectroscopy applications, such as VIS spectrophotometry, hematology, colorimetry and reflectometry. Used in conjunction with Deuterium lamps, they provide the broadband spectral output required for UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometry or liquid chromatography measurements.
Position of the Tungsten filament is carefully controlled through precise alignment at time of manufacturing. An option with special quartz envelope allows for spectral output below the typical 380nm limit.
tec5USA uses only precision lamps with pre-aligned lamp sockets, with output ranging from 7W to 50W and a typical lifetime of 2,000 hours. A long lifetime version of 10,000 hours is also available.
These precision lamps, along with the optional integration with see-through Deuterium lamps, are available as OEM assemblies and as modular cassettes in our Chimera MultiSpec analyzer product line.
